How it works
This could look a little different for each project, but here's what to expect:
Tell us about your project
We’ll get to know the project, what you’re looking to fund, and where retail capital could fit.
We shape the offer
Together, we’ll agree on the structure and terms. We’ll also carry out due diligence to check the project is right for the Collective.
It goes to investors
We’ll build the offer and campaign, then open the raise to Collective members. Where it makes sense, local residents can get early access.
We handle the day-to-day
Once the raise is complete, we’ll look after investor payments, comms, and admin for the life of the investment.
